We wouldn’t be happy having the same dinner every night, so why settle for the same cereal? A batch of these overnight oats can be whipped up in minutes and eaten on the go come morning.
With so many milk alternatives on the market nowadays, it is easy to get overwhelmed and confused about what is best for you and the environment. Oat milk, unlike other milks, is soy, nut and dairy free. As it is so rich and creamy, it turns this simple breakfast into a decadent treat.

Time: 10 minutes prep
INGREDIENTS
3 cups of grated carrot
3 cups of Oat Yeah! Oat milk
2 cups of rolled oats
½ orange or pineapple juice
1 cup chopped pineapple
½ cup chopped dates
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
In a large bowl mix the carrots and oats together before stirring in the milk and juice. Stir in the chopped fruits before adding the cinnamon and syrup. Stir thoroughly until well blended and even distributed.
Pour into 8oz Mason Jars, seal and chill overnight.
